1920’s Spanish Colonial Revival Custom Home, Poway California

This homesite began as a 1950’s era tear down with the vision of creating a classic Spanish Colonial Revival Estate on this breathtaking site. With views to Catalina Island to the west and the secluded location in the foothills of Poway, we recreated all of the custom elements and feel of an era gone by. Heavy open beam wood ceilings and overhangs, plaster interiors, custom wrought iron light fixtures, sconces, gates and grills….and of course, the red clay roof and floor tiles from Tecate Mexico.
