Deck Restoration & Waterproofing — Oceanfront Hotel, La Jolla

This project involved the restoration of the Acapulco Deck at The Shores Hotel in La Jolla. SQP Construction repaired existing lumber, installed a new waterproof deck system, and replaced the handrails — bringing the entire structure up to code while preserving the character of this iconic oceanfront property.
