Balcony Rebuild, Water Intrusion Repair & Interior Improvements

This project addressed water intrusion on an existing balcony with an unsafe handrail in Spring Valley. SQP Construction fully rebuilt the balcony structure, incorporating recessed lighting, a soffit vent, correct flashing, and a new waterproof topping system — bringing the entire assembly up to current California Building Code standards and ensuring long-term durability.

The scope also included interior improvements: adding a new window on the side of the home, repairing the lower kitchen area with a chase and exhaust vent, and painting the entire exterior.
